In the current context, learning and teaching opportunities are multiplying dramatically. New technologies, transformations in the world of work, and new professional skills require a paradigm shift in instructional design and ongoing training. To meet these challenges, FEM has redesigned its Academy, creating a rich and versatile catalog of over 45 courses, designed for those working in schools, education, corporate training, and EdTech.

A training offer structured on 5 strategic axes

The new FEM Academy is built around the key themes of contemporary learning and the needs of those who work daily in the classroom or in corporate contexts:

  1. Designing effective learning: Courses focused on neuroscience applied to teaching, Learning Experience Design, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), cognitive load management, metacognition, Design Thinking, and the valorization of neurodiversity.

  2. Engage and motivate: strategies based on Game-Based Learning, Challenge-Based Learning, Gamification, Narrative Design, simulations, Debate and active teaching methodologies.

  3. Designing with AI: the cutting edge of EdTech with courses dedicated to integrating AI into teaching, creating AI tutors and intelligent agents, simulations, AI-based ethics assessments, and vibe coding.

  4. Preparing for changing skills: critical literacy (AI Literacy, Media & Information Literacy), Future Thinking, Coding, Visual Literacy, Data Science, creativity and sustainability.

  5. Redesigning training in organizations: Modules designed for the corporate world on the Future of Work, Capability Building, Learning Organizations, measuring the impact and ROI of training, and well-being in learning ecosystems.

The courses are designed to fit seamlessly into your working life, and the Academy's new offering guarantees maximum flexibility: all courses are available in recorded format, and some also offer the option of live online lessons, so you can interact with the instructors.
